• Your Certified Driver History and your Compliance Summary from Virginia DMV
  • Click here for DMV Information Request (CRD-93)
  • We can obtain these records for you if you complete and sign the "Subject" section and send us $20.00.
     
• The summons or warrant issued for your traffic violation

Case Evaluation

When we receive your application and DMV records, we will schedule an appointment with you.

We will recommend a plan of action for your case and set the amount of our fee.

You will sign a retainer agreementauthorizing us to represent you. At that time, you pay our fee.
